Delete your Knotty account
Knotty by Acloe Technology Ventures
In the app (immediate)
- Open Knotty and tap the settings button (top right).
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete.
By email
If you no longer have the app, write to the developer email on Knotty's Google Play or App Store page with the subject "Delete my Knotty account". Include your leaderboard name and, if you signed in, the email address of your Google or Apple account. We'll delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your player account, including any linked Google or Apple sign-in.
- Your leaderboard name.
- All your scores on every leaderboard.
Nothing about your account is kept on our servers afterwards. Crash reports don't identify you and are deleted automatically within 90 days.
Game progress saved on your phone (levels, streaks, Thread) isn't stored on our servers. It stays on your device until you uninstall the app.
